The weekly Aqua timetable is;
Monday 7.35pm - Ladies Only (Holly)
Wednesday 7.35pm - Mixed - Aqua Circuits (Holly)
Thursday 7pm - Ladies Only (Holly)
Once booked, if you are unable to make your session, please send an email to [email protected] and we can swap you to another session instead.
Please note: you do not need to wear a swim hat for Aqua sessions.
